Leigh Johnson, Well-being & Transition Coach. I chose this title because that’s what I represent. I want to help people create change and achieve well-being using the skills and experience I have gained in my life and business.
How can I help?
If you’ve ever had a time in your life when you know there are new possibilities out there, but don’t know how to move forward, then you could be one of my early clients.
Or maybe you’re thinking about a career change or realignment, or a transition to self-employment or starting an enterprise.
On the other hand you may have suffered from one of life’s set backs; burnout, anxiety or depression and would like the support of someone who has first-hand experience with similar issues.
Or maybe you just want to find a way to achieve your potential but not sure what’s stopping you.
If any of these sound like you then contact me here and let’s have a chat.
I’ve been there!
More than that, I want to share the insights, tools, training and innovative responses I have learned on the way.
My passion is to help people know how great they already are. Using a personalized coaching program, let’s discover together how you can achieve your possibilities.
Who’s coaching the coach?
I give credit to Cassandra Gaisford (www.worklifesolutions.co.nz ) for helping me unclutter my thoughts and clear the way to make the decision to become a Well-being & Transition Coach.
While at Te Moata I spent several days digesting Cassandra’s latest book, Mid-Life Career Rescue (Employ Yourself): How to confidently leave a job you hate, and start living a life you love, before it’s too late (You can purchase her book here on Amazon.)
Prompted by the Actions Task outlined in her book, here are some of the questions that got me to this point;
• What inspires me?
• What’s my passion?
• What am I good at?
• What do I enjoy?
• What’s holding me back?
• How will I feel if I stay the same?
• How will I feel if I make the change?
My shutters are up. I’m ready for my first clients.
It’s been a long three years, working my way through depression and anxiety, but now I’m ready to use my unique talents to help others live more rewarding lives. Let’s do this together.
